In-Person Reiki
Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that helps restore balance to the body, mind, and spirit. In this one-hour session at the Healing Not Broken studio, you’ll rest comfortably while I channel Reiki to release stress, clear blocked energy, and support your natural healing. Each session begins and ends with intuitive guidance, helping you leave with greater peace, clarity, and alignment.
Distant Reiki
Distant Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that works without you needing to be physically present. During your one-hour session, I’ll connect with your energy field from wherever you are, using intention to channel Reiki and support balance, healing, and calm.
You don’t need to do anything special — simply rest or go about your day, and let the energy flow where it’s needed most. Afterwards, I’ll share intuitive notes and a chakra overview to help you integrate the session.
